Hans-Peter Müller has been at PistenBully from the very start. After 42 years at Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG – as Head of Sales and Marketing since 1991 – Müller is retiring at the start of 2012. He is succeeded by Stefan Spindler. The 47-year-old sales professional switched from BeachTech to PistenBully on 1st October 2011. In addition to his sales function at PistenBully, Spindler will also be respon-sible for the BeachTech product division in future. This, he will have overall sales responsibility for both product divisions. Spindler and Müller want to use the next few months to facilitate a seamless changeover.
Hans-Peter Müller started his career in 1969 at the former Karl Kässbohrer Fahrzeugwerken in Ulm. He has been part of the PistenBully team since 1971. In the 42 years of his professional career he has held various positions within the company and was named as Head of Sales and Marketing in 1991. During his many years at the company he has played a crucial role in shaping the positioning and global market presence of PistenBully - the vehicles are now exported to 68 countries for snow and track grooming. "Well I'm definitely not happy to leave ( I've had a really great time at PistenBully and have continually had to face new tasks and challenges. Despite this I'm looking forward to the time afterwards", says Müller." Müller experienced and influenced, for example, the spin-off in 1994 of the current Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug - an exciting and, at the same time, difficult phase in the company's history.
Müller and Spindler will now prepare for the changeover together. Müller: "Stefan Spindler is just the right man for this job." The fact that Spindler is moving within the company - he has been at BeachTech since 2002, first as Area Sales Manager and as Production Manager since 2006 - is having a very positive effect on the handover. The declared goal: to continue the success of PistenBully and to keep expanding the brand. "Today and in the future we stand for continuity, customer proximity with outstanding service and continual technical improvement to our products in close partnership with our customers. There's no question that outstanding service has been delivered over the last 40 years and my predecessor's footsteps are very big ones to fill. The biggest challenge will be to continue the success of PistenBully that has been achieved in the past by Mr Müller and his team. We must and will stay on the ball here to defend our market leadership and to continue to expand. I'm looking forward to this new role and the challenge", confirms Spindler.

In his function as Head of Sales he has been to almost all of the 68 export countries and established close relationships with PistenBully customers.

The 47-year-old Stefan Spindler is a sales professional with technical know-how. Spindler has already been at BeachTech since 2002, first as Area Sales Manager and, since 2006, as Production Manager. In addition to his sales function at PistenBully, Spindler will also be responsible for the BeachTech product division in future. Before joining BeachTech Spindler was the Managing Partner of a company. These experiences and his expert technical know-how are the best foundation to continue the success of PistenBully in the future.
